1.お客様都合の返品・交換

〇本の帯の損傷や帯がないことによる理由での返品交換は承りません。

また、お客様都合による返品・交換を承りません。

不具合による返品・交換

〇本にひどく損傷がある場合の理由は交換いたします。

交換する場合は、商品到着後30日以内に商品の発送を完了してください。商品に当初から不具合があることが上記期間後に判明した場合など、上記期間内にお手続きを完了できなかった場合は、交換できませんので、ご注意ください。

注:

発送した商品とは異なる商品を返送された場合など、返品・交換を承ることができません。返品・交換を承ることができない場合には、お客様にご連絡を差し上げ、配送料につきお客様負担とした上でお客様に対して商品を返送します。ただし、返送先または返品対象の注文が不明の場合、返送した商品をお客様にてお受け取りいただけなかった場合、お客様とご相談のうえ返金がなされた場合、またはお客様に複数回ご連絡を差し上げたにもかかわらずご返答をいただけない場合には、当該商品を廃棄することがあります。

商品の配送について　

・商品は送料無料です。

・日本　東京地域から発送致します。

・購入後、基本翌日発送となりますが、日本の日、祝日、お正月のお休みの日期間中は発送しません。休み明けの発送となります。

・商品受け取り目安は、国によりますが、1週間から10日間前後となります。

・梱包は、商品に損傷がないように、しっかり梱包させていただいております。

・配送は、日本郵便になりますが、商品の大きさや重さによっては配送業者を変更する場合があります。
